1. General Return Policy

We accept return and refund requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective or non-functional product
  • You received a wrong product that does not match your order

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Dislike of the product after use

⚠️ Note: All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

3. Return Eligibility

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and tags

Once approved, the product must be shipped to our return address (provided via email) within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or as per gateway used).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety concerns:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Lubricants, gels, and liquids
  • Lingerie and undergarments
  • Intimate massagers and vibrators (once packaging is tampered)

6. Undelivered Orders Due to Buyer Issues

If an order is unable to be delivered due to a buyer issue, we will deduct the shipping charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded using the above refund method.

Buyer issues include (but are not limited to):

  • Incomplete address provided
  • No one was present to receive the package
  • Ignoring or not responding to courier calls or SMS
  • Office/shop closed at the time of delivery
  • Buyer refuses to accept the package before the 7-day delivery window ends
  • Wrong phone number or delivery address provided
  • Wrong email address used
  • Buyer has shifted to another place

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and you are reachable during the estimated delivery period to avoid such deductions.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
